Description

The Auto-Ordnance Squadron pistol captures the bold spirit of World War II aviation with striking custom artwork inspired by the legendary fighter planes of the era. Its design echoes the hand-painted graphics once seen on wartime aircraft, highlighted by the iconic shark-mouth nose art at the muzzle, a symbol made famous by American fighters like the P-40 Warhawk. Army Air Corps insignia adorn both sides of the pistol, while engraved rivet details give the entire firearm the look of an aircraft fuselage ready for combat. Finished in a rugged, intentionally worn black and gray Cerakote, this 1911 evokes the energy of a warbird poised for takeoff, serving as a powerful tribute to the courage and sacrifice of the pilots who defended freedom from the skies during World War II.
