Description

Description

The FOXPRO Crimson Hen Slate Friction Turkey Call is a premium hand-held pot call meticulously designed for serious turkey hunters seeking authentic sound reproduction and superior field performance. Crafted with a Brazilian cherry wood pot, this call combines durability and elegant aesthetics with outstanding acoustic characteristics for a wide range of turkey vocalizations — from soft purrs and putts to sharp cutts and loud yelps.

Underneath the calling surface lies a glass tone board paired with Pennsylvania-sourced slate, giving callers smooth and responsive tonal control. This combination makes it easier to produce nuanced sounds with depth and clarity, whether you’re coaxing in cautious gobblers or holding their attention in close. The call includes a one-piece hickory striker with a flared tip, precisely matched to the pot for consistent contact and enhanced sound quality compared to typical two-piece strikers.

Thoughtfully constructed with sound ports on the back of the pot to increase projection and volume, this hand call delivers confident performance in diverse terrain and calling situations. Finished with a conditioning scratch pad to help maintain the slate surface, the Crimson Hen Slate is a reliable choice for hunters who want top-tier friction call performance straight out of the box.

Perfect for both experienced turkey callers and hunters looking to upgrade their calling gear, this friction call combines premium materials, expert craftsmanship, and authentic sound capabilities to help you make the most of every turkey season.
