Description

The slim profile of the Springfield 1911 TRP pistol is now complemented by a lightweight aluminum Carry Contour frame and a 4.25″ barrel. The bobbed frame reduces potential printing while maintaining a comfortable grip. The front and backstrap feature 20 line-per-inch (LPI) checkering, while serrations along the top of the slide reduce glare and aid sight alignment. The hammer-forged stainless steel match-grade barrel feeds from a 7-round magazine, giving the pistol a total capacity of 8 rounds of .45ACP. The agressive texture of the VZ Hydra series grips provides solid purchase without being abrasive against skin or clothing. Other features include ambidextrous thumb safety, skeletonized hammer and single Tritium vial front sight. The two-vial rear sight is serrated for reduced glare and fast target acquisition. The 1911 TRP comes with three 7-round magazines and a double-zipper case. Coyote Brown.
