Description

The Echelon from Springfield Armory is a modular, highly adaptable 9mm striker-fired pistol built around a 4.5″ hammer-forged stainless steel barrel, robust stainless steel chassis and optics mounting system. The Variable Interface System (VIS) allows users to mount over 30 optics directly to the slide without the use of adapter plates. In addition to the optic-cut, the steel slide features a Tritium front sight, Tactical Rack U-notch rear sight, front and rear cocking serrations, and a flare at the rear that allows a positive grip when racking the slide. The polymer frame features a Picatinny accessory rail, oversize and undercut trigger guard, drop-safe trigger, beavertail, interchangeable backstrap and wraparound grip texturing. The all-black Echelon comes with three backstraps, one 17-round magazine, one 20-round magazine and zippered soft case.
