Each skillet is hand-cast to yield a thinner, lighter weight pan than the traditional cast iron and the ergonomic handle and two convenient pouring spouts conform to the natural angel of your arm. Each pan is polished, pre-seasoned, and free of any potentially harmful PFOA/PTFE engineered coatings to create a naturally non-stick barrier that becomes even stronger every time you grease the meals.

Cleaning Instructions: Hand wash only. Immediately after washing, heat your pan on the stove to evaporate all residual water. Then, right after drying, lightly coat all surfaces with a refined, neutral oil like canola.
