Built as a refined crossover platform, the XR920 combines a compact-length slide with a full-size grip frame, offering the ideal balance of concealability and control.

Chambered in 9mm, the XR920 features a 4-inch barrel designed for consistent accuracy and dependable performance. The slide is machined from high-quality steel and finished in a durable black coating for corrosion resistance. Front and rear serrations provide positive manipulation, and the slide is typically optics-ready, allowing for direct mounting of micro red dot sights for enhanced target acquisition.

Additional features include an integrated accessory rail for mounting lights or lasers, high-visibility sights, and a lightweight yet robust design suitable for duty use, home defense, or concealed carry. The XR920 is also known for its tight tolerances and upgraded internal components, contributing to its reputation for accuracy and reliability.

Combining modern features, customizable ergonomics, and a duty-ready design, the Shadow Systems XR920 SS-3040-CA stands out as a high-performance 9mm pistol built for shooters who demand more from their defensive firearm while remaining compliant with California regulations.
